Due to refurbishment construction of the Sand Point Park pavilion we normally use, the 2013 Spring Picnic has been moved to Fox Lake in Titusvllle. We are told that the Gaters are prolific in the lake; and it will be mating season, the cardboad boat race will not be held this year.
